Author Information

Saugata Bhaduri is Associate Professor at the Centre for English Studies, School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His recent books include ‘Perspectives on Comparative Literature and Culture in the Age of Globalization’ (Anthem, 2010), ‘Translating Power’ (Katha, 2009), ‘Les Yogasutras de Patañjali’ (Editions Alphée, 2008) and ‘Negotiating Glocalization’ (Anthem, 2008).

Simi Malhotra is Associate Professor at the Department of English, Coordinator of Media and Culture, and Coordinator of International Relations at Jamia Millia Islamia (National Islamic University), New Delhi. Her areas of research interest include contemporary literary and cultural theory (with special focus on the politics of postmodernism and globalization), and popular culture studies, in both of which she has guided research and published extensively.
